Shipping & Production Times
All merchandise from The Zen State Mind is created through a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is made to order specifically for you.
Because items are produced after purchase, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than standard retail shipping.

Please allow time for:
Production / fulfilment: approximately 2–7 business days
Shipping: delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier
Estimated shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
Please note that delays caused by postal services, customs processing, peak holiday periods, weather, or courier disruptions are outside of The Zen State Mind’s control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
The Zen State Mind cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before production begins.

Returns & Exchanges
As products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted.
This includes:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind after purchase
Preference-based concerns (e.g., colour expectation, fit preference)
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, The Zen State Mind cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen parcels.
If your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional support is needed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally only considered in the following situations:
The incorrect item was received
The item arrived damaged or defective
A fulfilment error occurred

Refunds are generally not offered for:
Change of mind
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Shipping delays outside of our control
Delays caused by customs or courier services
