What is sound healing?
Sound healing is a wellness practice that uses soothing sounds, frequencies, voice, instruments, and guided relaxation to support rest, mindfulness, emotional grounding, and nervous system regulation.
Sessions are designed to create space for relaxation, self-connection, and inner stillness.

Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing?
Not at all.
Sessions are welcoming for both beginners and experienced participants. You will be gently guided through the experience, and there is no right or wrong way to receive.
Simply arrive as you are.

What happens during a private session?
Private sessions may include guided meditation, breath awareness, mindfulness practices, sound healing instruments, vocal tones, and intuitive support tailored to your intention.
Each session is designed to support relaxation, grounding, emotional wellbeing, and self-connection.

Are online sessions effective?
Yes.
Many people find online sessions deeply calming and supportive, even from the comfort of their own space.
You will simply need:
A quiet, comfortable environment
Headphones or speakers (recommended)
A stable internet connection
A space where you can relax without interruption

How should I prepare for a session?
You may wish to:
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring water, a blanket, or journal if desired
Create a quiet, comfortable environment
Allow yourself a little time afterwards for integration and rest
For online sessions, headphones or good speakers are recommended for the best experience.

What is Vocal Alchemï?
Vocal Alchemï sessions are designed to support confidence, authentic self-expression, nervous system safety, and connection with your voice.
These sessions may include vocal exploration, nervous system support, sound practices, guided exercises, and intuitive guidance tailored to your goals and comfort level.
No previous singing experience is required.

Are sessions a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No.
The Zen State Mind offers wellness-based experiences intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, self-awareness, creativity, and personal wellbeing.
Services are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.
Please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where sufficient notice is given, clients may choose to:
Reschedule their session at no additional cost, or
Request a partial refund of 80% of the session fee, with 20% retained to cover administrative, preparation, and booking costs.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, missed appointments, and no-shows are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Group sessions are generally non-refundable due to limited spaces.

What happens if I am late to a group Zoom session?
Group sessions begin promptly to protect the shared experience and flow of the space.
A short grace period of approximately 5–10 minutes may be available while introductions and settling in take place.
Once the sound journey has begun, late entry may no longer be possible.
If you are running late, please reply to the reminder message sent prior to the session.

Do you send reminders before sessions?
Yes.
A reminder message will be sent a day before and 1 hour before your session. If you are running late, please reply to confirm attendance.
If no communication has been received within approximately 10 minutes before the session begins, the booking may be considered a no-show.

When will the online store launch?
The Zen State Mind online store is currently growing and will gradually expand to include original artwork and thoughtfully created merchandise inspired by the brand.
Please check back for updates.

How long does shipping take?
Because merchandise is created through a print-on-demand process, items are made especially for you after purchase.
This means fulfilment and shipping may take slightly longer than standard retail delivery.
